Adding or removing bonuses from an offer

This guide will show you how to increase interest in your offer by adding bonuses, as well as how to remove bonuses if necessary.

Bonuses are a great way to increase attention and interest in your offer. It can increase the value of your offer and your conversions. With OfferStack, you can also tie bonuses to deadlines and hide them after they expire.

How to add bonuses to your offer 

To add bonuses to your offer, go to the Offers tab on your side menu and select the specific offer to which you want to add a bonus. Select the OfferStack tab from your top menu and select Special Offer under Quick Links.

In the Special Offer section, head to the Bonuses sub-section. This is where you can create new bonuses or select existing products to use as bonuses.

Option 1: Choosing an existing product as a bonus to your offer

1. Should you choose to use an existing product as a bonus to your offer, click on Add a new bonus and choose the bonus you want to use from the dropdown menu. 
2. You can review and customize the details of the bonus (the title, value, description, and thumbnail) before you add it to your offer. If you customize the fields of an existing product, it will only affect the bonus and will keep your existing product fields the same. 
3. As soon as you're done, click Add this bonus to my offer.
   
   
   

Option 2: Creating a new product as a bonus to your offer

1. Should you choose to create a new product as a bonus to add to your offer, click on Add a new bonus. Instead of choosing an existing product, click on Create a new Product.
2. Fill out the details (the title, value, description, and thumbnail) of your new bonus.
3. As soon as you're happy with your new bonus, click Save.
   
   
   

📑  Note: Your bonuses will now be listed under Bonuses in your Special Offer section. When you click on Open Offer on the top of your page, you’ll also see a bonus section under the Order Summary with the bonus product/s you’ve added.

How to remove a bonus product from your offer

Should you want to remove a bonus from your offer, head to the Bonus sub-section under Special Offer, select the bonus you want to remove, and click Remove bonus from this offer.

Your bonus will now be removed from that specific offer.
