Managing your business settings

This guide will show you how to set and maintain your business settings

Various fields in your Voma settings are crucial to fill out when setting up your account. It’s also important to update these settings as and when needed.

How to set or change your general business settings

 

  1. Head to the Settings tab on your side menu.
  2. Under your General settings, you will be able to add or change your business name, website, support email address, timezone, logo, favicon and business address.
3.    As soon as you're done adding or changing your general settings, click Save.


πŸ“‘  Note: The recommended dimensions for images are 1000x200px for logos and 32x32px for favicons.

 


How to set or change your advanced business settings 


  1. Head to the Settings tab on your side menu.
  2. When you select the Advanced tab from your top menu, you will be able to add or change:
    1. Global Settings: This includes your default language, currency, custom domain, and global code snippet (embed code that will apply to all offers at once).
    2. Customer portal: This is how your customers will access their billing settings like receipts and subscriptions etc. If you want to use your own customer portal, disable the Default customer portal and enter the URL of your own customer portal.
    3. Access Level: Here you can choose to give the Voma team temporary access to your account to assist with onboarding, concierge migrations, support, and more. You can revoke access at any time.
  3. As soon as you're done adding or changing your advanced settings, click Save.
