Viewing your order history

This guide will show you how to view and manage your customers' orders.

On the Orders or Customers page, you can access information and history about your customers' orders. You can also narrow down your order history by using one or multiple filters, or export your order history.

How to view your order history

 

Option 1: From your Orders dashboard

 

1. Head to the Orders tab on your side menu. By default, you will see the orders from the past 30 days. Click on the dates to specify the date range of the order history you want to view.
2. If you want to narrow down the orders to view, click on Add Filter to add additional filters to refine your search.
3. Click on the drop-down list to select the filter you want to apply. Depending on the filter you selected, indicate the specific email address, offer, product, etc. you want to view.

Your filtered order history results will now be listed on your Orders dashboard.

 

📑  Note: You can add as many filters to your search as you want by clicking Add Filter.

Option 2: From your Customers dashboard

 

You can also access orders from a specific customer through your Customers dashboard. Just head to Customers, select the customer you want to view the order history for, and click on the Orders tab.

Here, you'll see the list of orders that specific customer has placed.

How to export your order history

To Export your order history, click on Export CSV File. Your order history will now be available in your Downloads folder on your device.

📑  Note: If you applied filters, only your filtered order history will be exported.

Click on an order to see even more details about that specific order.

You will see details like:

• • Customer Name and Email
  • Billing Address
  • Payment Details
  • Offer and Offer URL
  • Product Details
  • Price and Payment Type 
  • Taxes & Discount
  • and other details
