How to access your customer portal

Go to https://account.vomahq.com/update:

Enter the same email address that you used to sign up for Voma, and then click Send Email.

You will automatically receive an email in the next several minutes with a link to log in to your customer portal.

How to cancel your account

After logging in to the customer portal, click the Cancel Subscription button to cancel your account:

You will automatically receive an email in the next few minutes to confirm that your account has been canceled.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact our team so we can confirm that your account is canceled.

14-day free trial, 30-day guarantee, and refunds

Your plan automatically includes a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your first payment will be after 14 days, and if you cancel your account within 14 days you will not be charged. If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up you can send us a message to request a refund. No refunds will be issued more than 30 days after signing up.
