How to access your customer portal

Go to

Enter the same email address that you used to sign up for Voma, and then click Send Email.

You will automatically receive an email in the next several minutes with a link to log in to your customer portal.

How to update your billing details

After logging in to the customer portal, you can update the following billing details:

  • Business name

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Country

  • State

  • Address

  • City

  • Zip

  • Phone

  • Card details

After making changes to your card details, press Add Payment to save those changes.

After making changes to your account, press Update to save those changes.
